Ceramics Info
Our studio is currently based at Hong Kong and all items are hand painted in HK using earthenware bisque pottery.
Care Information
They are not suitable for microwave or oven use and we do not recommend that. The clear glaze has a slight crackle effect which may not be visible in all photos.
Return Policy
We don't accept cancellations, items can't be returned or exchanged. The payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Each item is individually personalised, hand made, hand painted, hand glazed and fired in the kiln, it takes its own identity during the firing process, so no two items are ever exactly the same. This way you can be fully assured that your product is completely individual to you. Due to the nature of the process of producing your bespoke item, colours and designs may vary ever so slightly. Please consider carefully before ordering.
Adore Productions is not liable for the pottery once it has been picked up. Adore Productions reserves the final rights in respect of any dispute arising.
