Can I choose the colour of pattern I want on my pottery?
Yes of course, if you wish to alter colours slightly please visit Colour Palette choose the colours you like and let us know the details on an application form.
I have my personal pattern design, do you take orders?
We are more than happy to produce an item that can further reflect something a little extra special on your celebratory piece. Please feel free to contact us to discuss options.
Are your products safe for serving and displaying food?
The artwork on each ceramics piece is hand painted using non toxic underglaze paint, glazed and kiln fired, so all tableware items are non toxic and food safe.
However, anything with gold luster on it is not microwave or dishwasher safe because the lusters contain real precious metals and they could react with chemicals in the dishwasher. Gently hand wash gold accented items with soap. Don't use abrasive sponges on the gold luster because it could make it wear away. After all, it's hand painted special for your big day, treat it with special attention!
How long will it take to get my order?
There is a 15 - 20 business day lead time for small orders. *According to the volume and pattern of orders. As all the items is individually handmade, kiln firing and cooling takes time, plus package for full completion of your items.
We will always try our best to accommodate to orders that need to be processed sooner, but this is not always a guarantee. Please get in contact to see if it is possible.
If I am interested to get a large order for my wedding, how early must I place my order?
The larger the quantity, the more time is required. We need to consider the time for designing and firing the pottery. To be safe, at least 2 - 3 months in advance to place your order. Any earlier, would be great! And of cos, we prefer to meet up with you to discuss about your wedding gift at our store. Just hit us an email to arrange a day.
Is it possible to do the painting workshop for my / friend's bridal shower at our venue?

Any ideas for my newborn baby?
We can help you to capture perfect baby hand or foot prints onto plates, pots and much more. A truly festive keepsake that you can't miss it! Send us message on Facebook and we'll arrange a time to do this with your baby at our shop.
How do you package my order?
All items are securely packaged using custom foam protection possible and paper boxes to try to prevent any breakages.
How much are your delivery fees?
Delivery fees may vary slightly depending on the location and quantity of your order. Each query will be handled differently.
We're also welcome everyone come to visit our studio and pickup order yourself.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and bank transfer only. We currently don't accept other forms of payment.
Full payment is required.
