What basic painting elements have been included?
It has included your pet's cartoon portrait, date, name, any wording such as poems, one thing that could represent their character if necessary, such as a favourite toy or food etc..
Can I request more patterns or gold luster?
Yes, you can. An extra pattern will be priced differently which is based on the pattern size and details. Let us know your idea in the ordering form.
Are your products safe for serving and displaying food?
What is not include and you suggest us to prepare for the urn?
As between the pot body and lid are not perfectly sealed, we'd suggest putting a desiccant packet inside to keep the ash dry and tap a plastic tape between the gap. Also, contact your crematorium to get a professional suggestion if possible.
How do I pick up my order?
You're welcome to come to visit our display shop and pick up. Our shop opens every Monday to Sunday 11 - 7 pm.
Considering the impact of COVID-19, we can also delivery through SF Express to your address. Delivery fees may vary slightly depending on the location and quantity of your order. Each query will be handled differently.
How long will it take to get my order?
There are 3 - 6 weeks of lead time for orders. We need to consider the time for designing and firing the pottery. As all the items are individually handmade, kiln firing and cooling takes time.
We will always try our best to accommodate orders that need to be processed sooner, but this is not always a guarantee. Please get in contact to see if it is possible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, app payme only. We currently don't accept other forms of payment.
Full payment is required and since it's custom made, a refund is non accepted.

The artwork on each ceramics piece is hand-painted using non-toxic underglaze paint, glazed and kiln-fired, so all tableware items are non-toxic and food safe. The image cannot be washed off.
However, anything with gold or silver on it is not microwave or dishwasher safe because the lustres contain real precious metals and they could react with chemicals in the dishwasher. Gently hand wash gold-accented items with soap. Don't use abrasive sponges on the gold lustre because it could make it wear away. Please treat it with special attention.
